1. Applicability

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Blix and to every distance contract concluded between Blix and a consumer or business customer via our webshop or otherwise.
1.2. Deviations or additions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Blix.
1.3. If (part of) these terms and conditions is null and void or is annulled, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Blix shall replace the void part with a valid clause having as similar a purport as possible.

2. Account & use of the services

2.1. An account may be required for certain functions. You are responsible for correctly and completely entering and securing your login details.
2.2. Minors require permission from a parent/guardian.
2.3. It is not permitted to transfer or sell accounts.

3. Range, product information and availability

3.1. We take care to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. Images are illustrative; colors/appearance may vary due to screen settings.
3.2. The offer is without obligation and may be modified or terminated at any time.
3.3. Obvious errors or mistakes (e.g., pricing or typographical errors) do not bind Blix.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

4.1. Your order is an offer to purchase. The agreement is concluded after Blix expressly accepts the order (order confirmation) and the payment has been processed.
4.2. Blix may refuse orders or attach conditions to their execution (e.g., limited quantities, anti-resale).

5. Prices, taxes and payment

5.1. Unless stated otherwise, prices in the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping, handling, and any customs costs. The total price is displayed in the checkout.
5.2. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. You guarantee that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping costs, delivery and transfer of risk

6.1. Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6.2. Delivery takes place at the address provided by you.
6.3. Transfer of risk: for consumers, the risk transfers upon actual delivery to you. For business customers, the risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

7.1. You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason
. 7.2. Notify the withdrawal within the specified period via support@robibrix.eu .
7.3. After withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the product(s) unused, undamaged, and – insofar as reasonably possible – in their original packaging.
7.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise stated.
7.5. Blix will refund the purchase amount (incl. standard outbound shipping costs) within 30 days of cancellation, but may withhold reimbursement until receipt or delivery of proof of shipment.
7.6. Exclusions (to the extent permitted by law):

• sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• custom-made or clearly personalized items;
• digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if started with your express consent before the end of the cooling-off period.

8. Returns & Warranty

8.2. Legal conformity: As a consumer, you are entitled to a sound product. In the event of a defect not caused by you, we will arrange for free repair, replacement, or – if not possible or reasonable – a refund in accordance with the law.
8.3. For business customers, Blix will, at its own discretion, repair, replace, or credit, provided that the defect is reported in writing within 30 days of discovery and the product has been used correctly.

9. Use in education & safety

9.1. Our STEM sets are educational products. Use under adult supervision where applicable and follow the manuals and safety instructions.
9.2. Blix supplies products with CE marking and compliance with relevant standards (including EN 71-1/2/3). Documentation (DoC/test reports) is available upon request.

10. Intellectual property

10.1. All (brand) names, designs, texts, photos, videos, manuals, and other content on our website and in our materials are protected and belong to Blix or its licensors.
10.2. It is not permitted to copy, publish, reproduce, or otherwise use any material without prior written permission.

11. Third-party tools and services

11.1. We may offer third-party tools or services (e.g., payment providers). Use thereof is subject to the terms and privacy statement of that third party.
11.2. We provide these “as is” and are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties.

12.1. Links to third-party websites are provided solely for convenience. Blix is ​​not responsible for the content, (privacy) policies, or practices of those sites.

13. Relationship with Shopify

13.1. Our webshop is hosted by Shopify . However, purchases are made directly from Robibrix. Shopify is not a party to your purchase agreement with Blix and bears no responsibility for our sales, products, or services.

14. Reviews/Feedback

14.1. By posting feedback/reviews, you grant Blix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish them in connection with our services and marketing, subject to applicable law.
14.2. You warrant that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights, is not unlawful, and does not contain malware. We may refuse or remove feedback that violates this.

15. Errors and changes

15.1. Information, prices, and availability may contain typographical or display errors. We reserve the right to correct this and to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors.
15.2. We may update or modify our website, product range, and terms and conditions.

16. Prohibited use

16.1. It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security measures, to scrape/spam data, to violate the rights of third parties, or to disrupt the operation of the site.
16.2. In the event of misuse, Blix may block accounts and/or take legal action.

17. Liability

17.1. Blix is ​​not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
17.2. For consumers, statutory rights regarding product safety and conformity always take precedence.
17.3. For business customers, the total liability of Blix is ​​limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or willful recklessness.

18. Indemnification (B2B)

18.1. The business customer indemnifies Blix against claims from third parties related to the (continued) use of the delivered products, to the extent that the cause is attributable to the customer.

19. Force Majeure

19.1. Blix is ​​not obliged to perform in the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, disruptions at third parties/carriers, government measures). The obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure.

20. Duration and termination

20.1. We may (temporarily) restrict or terminate access to the website/services in the event of misuse or security risks. This does not affect payment obligations.

21. Privacy

21.1. Our Privacy Statement applies to the processing of personal data (see link in the footer).
